Fourth floor, no lift? Planned in.
Berlin is full of beautiful old buildings with narrow, winding staircases, rear courtyards and no lift. During the survey we look not only at your furniture but at the route it has to take: stair width, bends, courtyard access and door frames. That is exactly how we build a fixed price that does not wobble on the day, even when the sofa only turns the corner on the third try.
If a piece will not fit through the stairwell at all, a furniture lift brings it in through the window (239 EUR per half day). And if the new flat is smaller than the old one, our storage in Berlin takes the overflow: dry and monitored from 9 EUR per cubic metre and month.
