Moving dates are limited, especially at the end of the month. If your preferred date is already fully booked with us, in individual cases we may pass your request on to a vetted partner moving company we have worked with for some time, so you do not have to start your search from scratch. This never happens behind your back: you are told in advance, and no job goes ahead without your consent. How we handle your data in this case is set out in our privacy policy.

When can I reach Saphir Umzüge by phone?
Our office line 030 754367340 is staffed Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. Outside these hours the fastest way to reach us is the online quote form, which is open 24/7, including weekends and public holidays.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We coordinate moves for expats and international clients in Berlin in English, from the first call through to handover. You are welcome to write or call in English at any time.
How quickly will I get a reply to my online request?
Requests that arrive during office hours are usually answered the same day. Anything that reaches us in the evening or at the weekend is handled the next working day from 8am, in the order it was received.
Can I visit your office without an appointment?
Our base is at Gardes-du-Corps-Strasse 15 in Berlin-Westend. As our team is often out on moves during the day, please arrange a time by phone first so someone is there to meet you.
What does a survey before the move cost?
Nothing. The survey is free and without obligation, and it is the basis for your fixed price, for example from 429 EUR for a one-room full move. For smaller jobs a detailed description in the form is often enough.
